Hellas Verona and AC Milan will face off at the San Siro today in a what will be a pivotal match in the Rossoneri’s title ambitions.

Milan will be hoping to continue their Scudetto challenge against I Gialloblu after a narrow 1-0 win over Fiorentina last matchday. They are two points behind Inter with a game in hand, and if they leave Verona with a victory today, they will need four points in the final two matches to secure the title.

Verona are seven points behind Roma for Serie A’s last spot in Europe, but it seems highly unlikely that Ivan Jurić’s side will win their last three matches and that the three clubs above them (Roma, Atalanta, and Fiorentina) will drop such a significant amount of points.

Back in October, Milan came back from a 2-goal deficient to win the reverse fixture 3-2 and will look to win both Serie A games against Milan.

Stefano Pioli will only be missing Simon Kjaer, who will be out for the remainer of the season. The Rossoneri will welcome back Alessandro Florenzi to the pitch as the full-back could get some minutes in the later half of the match and Ismael Bennacer will return to the starting line-up.

Verona head coach Igor Tudor will field the same starting line-up from their last match against Cagliari, which ended in a 2-1 victory. Ivor Pandur and Pawel Dawidowicz remain the only players who will be out on the sidelines for the home side.

Hellas Verona Probable Line-up (3-4-2-1): Lorenzo Montipò; Nicolò Casale, Koray Günter, Federico Ceccherini; Davide Faraoni, Adrien Tameze, Ivan Ilić, Darko Lazović; Gianluca Caprari, Antonín Barák; Giovanni Simeone.

AC Milan Probable Line-up (4-2-3-1): Mike Maignon; Davide Calabria, Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Sandro Tonali, Ismael Bennacer; Junior Messias, Franck Kessie, Rafael Leao; Olivier Giroud.
